At OAK + FORT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your items, we offer returns or exchanges on eligible products within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the return authorization form is included inside.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking number handy to monitor the status of your refund or exchange.
